Background

Ralph Chesley, President & Founder

Ralph has 25 years experience in a variety of energy related fields encompassing utility sponsored energy conservation programs starting back in 1980’s. He worked in the utility power industry both in fossil and nuclear power, assisting Fortune 500 utilities in the western United States and Canada to improve plant efficiencies where plant improvements ran in the millions of dollars. In the solar power industry Ralph consulted, designed and presented economic and system benefits of solar systems to businesses and individuals. At REEF Ralph manages the daily operations, engages with government officials, and develops and implements programs that advance REEF’s mission to help empower the poor of developing countries.

Grace Gonzales, Director of Operation, Philippines

Grace has over 15 years of hospital administration experience and 8 years of civil service government experience. Her duties include the management of hospital supplies, equipment and medicines, and its supervision. She is REEF’s liaison for its GREEN Hospital program, providing access to government offices related to healthcare and medical programs. She advises REEF on its LEADS program, connecting local stakeholders in the community and university representatives, and assists REEF in matters of public announcements, presentations, and fostering relationships with public officials.




Jun Mirador, Government Liaise


Born in the town of Santa Cruz, Zambales Mr. Mirador is an attorney for a Manila based corporation, focusing on corporate, commercial and labor laws. He received his Bachelors of Science in Commerce from San Beda College in Manila and continued with his post graduate degree in Bachelor of Law from San Beda and San Sebastian Colleges.

REEF will look to Mr. Mirador for assistance navigating through local and foreign government aid to ensure REEF is in compliance with program requirements. In addition he will liaise with national and local government units, as well with other non-profit /non-stock companies to widen REEF’s ability to deliver its services.
